Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures.
Carl, a mailman friend of mine, was having a problem at work. Often when he came to work in the morning his mailbag was missing. Sometimes part-time workers would grab just any bag and ignore the name on the strap. The problem was solved when Carl wrote, after his name, “Christ died for our sins.” From then on men would pick up his bag and then put it right back down - but at least each time this occurred they would read a gospel message. Are you doing all you can to get the “good news” out?
Just a quick note to encourage you on in the path of faith. The news reports paint a dark picture of the world’s political and financial situation. It surely cannot hang together much longer. Soon the Lord will come and call us away. Then, and only then, will there be peace, perfect peace. Amen, even so come, Lord Jesus!
