They do always err in their heart; and they have not known My ways.
This is said of God’s earthly people, the Jews. But the same could be said of anyone who makes a profession of belonging to God, when, in fact, they don’t know Him at all because they have never put their faith and trust in the Lord Jesus. God knows your heart. You can’t cover up in front of Him. How does he read you - as knowing Him or still as an unsaved sinner?
