To Perish To perish in hell will mean the eternal elimination of four things essential to the comfort and well-being of man. In view of these four things, make sure you are truly saved. No Light: “Cast out into outer darkness” (Matthew 8:12). “To whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever” (Jude 13). No Happiness: “There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth” (Matthew 25:30). No Love: “God is love … Depart from Me” (John 3:16; Matthew 7:23). This will be eternal separation from the source of all love! No Liberty: “Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away” (Matthew 22:13). “And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence” (Luke 16:26).
