Handmaid of Leah, by whom Jacob became father of Gad and Asher (Gen. 29:24²⁴And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid. (Genesis 29:24); Gen. 30:9-12⁹When Leah saw that she had left bearing, she took Zilpah her maid, and gave her Jacob to wife. ¹⁰And Zilpah Leah's maid bare Jacob a son. ¹¹And Leah said, A troop cometh: and she called his name Gad. ¹²And Zilpah Leah's maid bare Jacob a second son. (Genesis 30:9‑12); Gen. 35:26²⁶And the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid; Gad, and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, which were born to him in Padan-aram. (Genesis 35:26); Gen. 37:2²These are the generations of Jacob.
