There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell Me therefore, which of them will love him most? (Luke 7:41‑42)
I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little. (Luke 7:47)
Jesus, my Savior, on Calvary’s tree,
Paid the great debt, and my soul He set free;
Oh, it was wonderful — how could it be?
      Dying for me, for me!
Jesus, my Savior, the same as of old,
While I was wandering afar from the fold,
Gently and long did He plead with my soul,
      Calling for me, for me!
