Thy beauty … was perfect through My comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord God. (Ezek. 16:14)

Lord Jesus, ’tis our joy to think
Our life is so bound up with Thine,
That nothing can divide the link
Secured and fixed by love divine.

Till we behold Thee on Thy throne,
In Thee we boast, in Thee alone;
Our beauty this, our glorious dress:
“Jesus, the Lord, our righteousness.”
