| The hope which is laid up for you in heaven.1 – If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.2 – We must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.3 – Whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.4 – No man should be moved by these afflictions: for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto.5 |
| Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.6 – The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.7 – Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.8 – Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.9 – By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.10 |
