Place in the wilderness near where Moses rehearsed the law (Deut. 1:11These be the words which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Jordan in the wilderness, in the plain over against the Red sea, between Paran, and Tophel, and Laban, and Hazeroth, and Dizahab. (Deuteronomy 1:1)). Identified with Dahab on the west shore of the Gulf of Akaba, about 28° 30' N, 34° 29' E.
