As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same to one another.
God does not expect us to go beyond our level of ability. But whatever gift He has given, He expects us to serve Him, using that gift. If you have been given the “gift” of one-on-one witnessing, do it on a one-on-one level; don’t get up before a great crowd and maybe make a fool of yourself. You have the ability to visit the elderly or sick? Use it and don’t overreach to try and be something that God has not fitted you for. Your gift may grow into something else in time. But for now do just what the Lord has made you good at.
