And I will bring you in unto the land, concerning the which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it you for an heritage: I am the Lord. (Exodus 6:8)
I will give it you for a heritage.

It’s not that we are only taken to heaven, but it is actually our inheritance. Even better, we can enjoy it right now - before we get there.
Ephesians 1:11

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: (Ephesians 1:11)
says, “In whom also we have obtained an inheritance.” In chapter 2:6 we read, “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
