1. The firstborn of Asher (1 Chron. 7:30³⁰The sons of Asher; Imnah, and Isuah, and Ishuai, and Beriah, and Serah their sister. (1 Chronicles 7:30)). Called in the AV JIMNAH in Genesis 46:17,¹⁷And the sons of Asher; Jimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister: and the sons of Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel. (Genesis 46:17) and JIMNA in Numbers 26:44,⁴⁴Of the children of Asher after their families: of Jimna, the family of the Jimnites: of Jesui, the family of the Jesuites: of Beriah, the family of the Beriites. (Numbers 26:44) though the Hebrew is the same in the three passages.

2. Levite, father of Kore (2 Chron. 31:14¹⁴And Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the porter toward the east, was over the freewill offerings of God, to distribute the oblations of the Lord, and the most holy things. (2 Chronicles 31:14)).
