Judg. 6:3• 3And it came to pass when Israel sowed, that Midian came up, and Amalek, and the children of the east, and came up against them. (Judg. 6:3)
the Maonites.The LXX. have "the Midianites," which Dr. Wall thinks the true reading.
But the Maonites might be a tribe of Arabs, inhabitants of Maon.
