One of the stations of the Israelites east of Moab (Num. 21:10-11¹⁰And the children of Israel set forward, and pitched in Oboth. ¹¹And they journeyed from Oboth, and pitched at Ije-abarim, in the wilderness which is before Moab, toward the sunrising. (Numbers 21:10‑11); Num. 33:43-44⁴³And they departed from Punon, and pitched in Oboth. ⁴⁴And they departed from Oboth, and pitched in Ije-abarim, in the border of Moab. (Numbers 33:43‑44)).
