Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
There is only one throne of grace and that is the throne of God. Through the name of Jesus we have access to that throne and we can come without fear. When we come to God in prayer, we find, first, mercy from an all-loving, merciful God. Second, we find that He is also gracious and willing to help us in our difficulty.
