• He acts against his own best interests, even viewed from a worldly standpoint. Put under oath. he is afraid to testify the full truth, and therefore brings himself under condemnation for abetting and concealing a theft. See Leviticus 5:1. (“Proverbs Twenty-Nine” by H.A. Ironside)
