31And the strong shall be as tow, and the maker of it as a spark, and they shall both burn together, and none shall quench them.

 God does not reprove them in relation to their sacrifices, as if they had not brought them. God does not want sacrifice from man, He requires righteousness. (Psalms 50 by H. Smith)
