{v.20-21} May the Lord grant that we may say, "Amen. Come, Lord Jesus;" that we may say it for ourselves, as for all the church, and, in a sense for all creation too, the blessing of which depends on our being manifested along with Christ! Meanwhile, the grace of the Lord Jesus be with all the saints! (Lectures on Revelation 22: Part 2 by W. Kelly)

J. N. Darby Translation

+
21
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with all the saints.

W. Kelly Translation

+
21
The grace of thea Lord Jesus [Christb] be with all [the saintsc. Amende.]

WK Translation Notes

+
a
The Edd. omit "our" before "Lord," as in the T. R. It appears that Erasmus was misled by the Vulgate.
b
Some MSS. omit "Christ," being rather slender ground for excluding "Christ."
c
The T. R. has "you"; but as far as the Greek copies are concerned, "with you" is a guess of Erasmus, though here again he was influenced by some copies of the Latins. Some Edd. have "with all." The Sinaitic MSS. says "with the saints"; other MSS. and versions say "with all the saints."
d
The word "Amen" is omitted by some, but is given by almost all other authorities. It is curious how the earliest, as well as the great multitude of copies and versions add "Amen," which nevertheless the critics generally drop.
e
In many MSS. "Revelation of John" is added.
