Boyd’s Bible Dictionary:

(plain of Kiriathaim). Spot where the Emims dwelt when smitten by Chedorlaomer (Gen. 14:55And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim, (Genesis 14:5)). It is supposedly the place that afterward belonged to Reuben, under the name of Kirjathaim (Num. 32:3737And the children of Reuben built Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Kirjathaim, (Numbers 32:37); Josh. 13:1919And Kirjathaim, and Sibmah, and Zareth-shahar in the mount of the valley, (Joshua 13:19)).

Concise Bible Dictionary:

A place where the Emims dwelt who were smitten by Chedorlaomer (Gen. 14:55And in the fourteenth year came Chedorlaomer, and the kings that were with him, and smote the Rephaims in Ashteroth Karnaim, and the Zuzims in Ham, and the Emims in Shaveh Kiriathaim, (Genesis 14:5)). Perhaps a plain in connection with Kiriathaim, as in the margin.

Jackson’s Dictionary of Scripture Proper Names:

same as Shaveh with Kiriathaim

Potts’ Bible Proper Names:

See SHAVEH and KIRAITHAIM, Gen. 14:5.
