1. Levite sent by Jehoshaphat to teach the people (2 Chron. 17:8⁸And with them he sent Levites, even Shemaiah, and Nethaniah, and Zebadiah, and Asahel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehonathan, and Adonijah, and Tobijah, and Tob-adonijah, Levites; and with them Elishama and Jehoram, priests. (2 Chronicles 17:8)).

2. One who returned from exile, apparently bringing treasures of gold and silver, of which crowns were made, to be “for a memorial in the temple of Jehovah” (Zech. 6:10,14¹⁰Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah; (Zechariah 6:10)
¹⁴And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord. (Zechariah 6:14)).
