Youth

“Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth, while the evil days come not, nor the years draw nigh, when thou shalt say, I have no pleasure in them” (Ecclesiastes 11:9; 12:1).

The warriors of ancient times would not admit an old man into their army. They considered him unfit to fight and too feeble to meet the situations of battle and to face the enemy.

Though God rejects no one who comes to Him through Christ and the work of Calvary, few come in old age or even middle age. In all the gospel crusades and revivals that have taken place at various times around the world, the majority of those who have been saved and enlisted as soldiers for Christ have been young people.

Christ, by His Spirit, is still calling the young people. He desires their blessing and that they would have a happy life as well as a glorious home in Heaven with Himself. Have you responded to that call?
