Anxious

In an uncertain, ever changing, chaotic world, many are suffering from severe anxiety and other related maladies. Maybe you too are approaching today with concern and worry? If so, pause and reflect upon the assurances which the Lord gives you in His unchanging Word.

For instance, rest your heart in the assurance of His companionship: “I am with you alway” (Matthew 28:20).

Also, take note of His relationship: “I am thy God” (Isaiah 41:10).

Don’t forget His ability: “Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us” (Ephesians 3:20).

Above all, don’t forget His stupendous love: “God, who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us” (Ephesians 2:4).

And remember, we have a wonderful future, and the promise from the Lord Jesus: “I will come again, and receive you unto Myself; that where I am, there ye may be also” (John 14:3).
