(dropping). A Syrian woman who became Jacob’s concubine and the mother of Gad and Asher (Gen. 29:24; 30:9-13; 35:26; 37:2; 46:18²⁴And Laban gave unto his daughter Leah Zilpah his maid for an handmaid. (Genesis 29:24)
