(gracious). (1) Wife of Saul (1 Sam. 14:50⁵⁰And the name of Saul's wife was Ahinoam, the daughter of Ahimaaz: and the name of the captain of his host was Abner, the son of Ner, Saul's uncle. (1 Samuel 14:50)). (2) A wife of David (1 Sam. 25:43; 27:3; 30:5,18⁴³David also took Ahinoam of Jezreel; and they were also both of them his wives. (1 Samuel 25:43)
