 25Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but within they are full of rapine and intemperance.

 53And as he said these things to them, the scribes and the Pharisees began to press him urgently, and to make him speak of many things;
 54watching him, and seeking to catch something out of his mouth, that they might accuse him. (Luke 11:39‑54)
