Let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
It is needful for us as Christians to do good works. There are many unsaved people who are kind and philanthropic. (How d’you like that word?) How much more should we, who have been given so much by God, be kind to those around. In a world that for the most part thinks only of self let us be exercised before the Lord to do a work for Him that will bring honor to Him and that fruit may be accredited to our account in the Bank of Heaven.
