My Walk of Faith

“We walk by faith” (2 Corinthians 5:7).

Sometimes I walk in the sunshine,

Sometimes I walk in the rain;

Sometimes the storms, they surround me,

My Jesus is there just the same.

Sometimes I feel His presence,

Sometimes I feel so alone;

But I know He’ll never forsake me,

He always makes Himself known.

By faith I press on through the darkness,

I see but one step at a time;

Though mists and thick clouds overshadow,

Though steep be the way that I climb.

And soon in that mansion in heaven,

All there will be glory and bright;

No more will I wander a pilgrim,

With Jesus, all there will be light.
