He who had not known a woman did not sin if he married, but he should have trouble after the flesh in his life here below. (It will be observed, that it is not the daughter of a Christian that is here spoken of, but his own personal condition.) (1 Corinthians 7 by J.N. Darby)

J. N. Darby Translation

28
But if thou shouldest also marry, thou hast not sinned; and if the virgin marry, they haveb not sinned: but such shall have tribulation in the flesh; but I spare you.

JND Translation Notes

b
Or "she has." I say "they" to embrace both sexes, which the "such" (toioutoi, plural), and what follows, distinctly implies. The Greek for "virgin" is feminine from its primary natural reference, but see Rev. 14.4.

W. Kelly Translation

+
28
But if even thou shouldest have married, thou didst not sin; and if the virgin should have married, she did not sin. But such shall have tribulation in the flesh: but I am sparing you.
