He careth for you.1 – The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.2
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. … The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.3 – Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?4 – Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.5

I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me. … And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.1 – Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, and was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.2 – The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the Lord shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself: for the Lord shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.3
The God of all grace, … hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus.4

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.1 – Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance.2 – The Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. … And Peter went out, and wept bitterly.3
Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, and needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.4 – He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.5 – A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench.6
The Lord knoweth them that are his.7 – I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep. … My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.8

Your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you.1 – My beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: … I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer.2 – I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him.3 – Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken the Lord thy God, when he led thee by the way?4
He arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.5 – I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away.6
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.7

Thou holdest mine eyes waking.1 – Who is like unto the Lord our God, … who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!2
He doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth.3 – Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.4 – Surely the wrath of man shall praise thee: the remainder of wrath shalt thou restrain.5
The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.6 – We know that all things work together for good to them that love God.7
Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.8

The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost.1 – What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God?2 – It is God which worketh in you.3
We know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.4
He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.5 – A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench.6
The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.7
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.8

JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.1 – He humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.2
Messias … which is called Christ.3 – The Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives.4
The last Adam was made a quickening spirit. … The second man is the Lord from heaven.5 – My Lord and my God.6 – Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.7

Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.1 – The sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name. … And the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.2
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me.3
The foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his.4 – We have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God.5
Thou shalt take two onyx stones, and grave on them the names of the children of Israel. … And Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord upon his two shoulders for a memorial. … And thou shalt make the breastplate of judgment. … And thou shalt set in it … four rows of stones. … And the stones shall be with the names of the children of Israel, … and they shall be upon Aaron’s heart, when he goeth in before the Lord.6

As the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.1
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.2 – That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.3
If we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.4 – These words spake Jesus, … Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; that they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us.5

Gideon said unto them, I would desire a request of you, that ye would give me every man the earrings of his prey. (For they had golden earrings, because they were Ishmaelites.) And they answered, We will willingly give them. And they spread a garment, and did cast therein every man the earrings of his prey. … And Gideon made an ephod thereof, and put it in his city, even in Ophrah: and all Israel went thither a whoring after it: which thing became a snare unto Gideon, and to his house.1
Seekest thou great things for thyself? seek them not.2 – Lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh.3
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.4 – Charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own.5
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me.6
