Thou shalt daily.It is observable, that there is nothing said about the evening sacrifice, or the additional lamb, morning and evening, on the sabbath, which makes an important difference between this and the old laws; and is probably an intimation of that change in the external forms of religion which the coming of the Messiah should introduce.
Ex. 29:38‑42• 38And this is what thou shalt offer upon the altar--two lambs of the first year, day by day continually.
39The one lamb thou shalt offer in the morning; and the other lamb thou shalt offer between the two evenings.
40And with the one lamb a tenth part of wheaten flour mingled with beaten oil, a fourth part of a hin; and a drink-offering, a fourth part of a hin of wine.
41And the second lamb shalt thou offer between the two evenings; as the oblation in the morning, and as its drink-offering shalt thou offer with this, for a sweet odour, an offering by fire to Jehovah.
42It shall be a continual burnt-offering throughout your generations at the entrance of the tent of meeting before Jehovah, where I will meet with you, to speak there with thee.
(Ex. 29:38‑42)
;
Num. 28:3‑8,10• 3And say unto them, This is the offering by fire which ye shall present to Jehovah: two yearling lambs without blemish, day by day, as a continual burnt-offering.
4The one lamb shalt thou offer in the morning, and the other lamb thou shalt offer between the two evenings;
5and a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for an oblation, mingled with beaten oil, a fourth part of a hin:
6it is the continual burnt-offering which was ordained on mount Sinai for a sweet odour, an offering by fire to Jehovah.
7And the drink-offering thereof shall be a fourth part of a hin for one lamb; in the sanctuary shall the drink-offering of strong drink be poured out to Jehovah.
8And the second lamb thou shalt offer between the two evenings; with the like oblation as that of the morning, and the like drink-offering, shalt thou offer it as an offering by fire of a sweet odour to Jehovah.
10it is the burnt-offering of the sabbath, for each sabbath besides the continual burnt-offering, and its drink-offering.
(Num. 28:3‑8,10)
;
Dan. 8:11‑13• 11(And he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and from him the continual sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down.
12And a time of trial was appointed unto the continual sacrifice by reason of transgression.) And it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised and prospered.
13And I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that one who spoke, How long shall be the vision of the continual sacrifice and of the transgression that maketh desolate, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden down under foot?
(Dan. 8:11‑13)

John 1:29• 29On the morrow he sees Jesus coming to him, and says, Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. (John 1:29)
;
1 Peter 1:19‑20• 19but by precious blood, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, the blood of Christ,
20foreknown indeed before the foundation of the world, but who has been manifested at the end of times for your sakes,
(1 Peter 1:19‑20)
;
Rev. 13:8• 8and all that dwell on the earth shall do it homage, every one whose name had not been written from the founding of the world in the book of life of the slain Lamb. (Rev. 13:8)
of the first year.
Heb. a son of his year.
every morning.
Heb. morning by morning.
 The propriety of this again seems most apparent. It was the day when the sun of Israel should go no more down. Of old, an evening lamb was in every way seasonable, and full of comfort for the people to know when awakened to the truth that God had provided for that long, long night during which they had slept alas! in their forgetfulness of Him who had died for that nation. But now that they are in the light of His day, the evening lamb disappears, while every morning it abides, as a continual burnt-offering. (Notes on Ezekiel 46 by W. Kelly)
