“Master of the house” (Prov. 7:19¹⁹For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey: (Proverbs 7:19); Matt. 20:11¹¹And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house, (Matthew 20:11); Matt. 24:43⁴³But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.
