(Ezekiel 27:13) the Javan that traded with Tyre doubtless also refers to Greece; but in Ezekiel 27:1919Dan also and Javan going to and fro occupied in thy fairs: bright iron, cassia, and calamus, were in thy market. (Ezekiel 27:19) it is supposed to point to southern Arabia, the verse being better translated “Vedan and Javan of Uzal traded in thy markets.”
