True love cannot be extinguished. Human love fails sometimes because of our weaknesses. But God’s love was so great that He willingly gave His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, to be the Savior of the world. And Jesus was willing to lay down His life while we were enemies so that, by believing in Him, we could have our sins washed away and be made fit for heaven. The love of Jesus for us was and is indeed unquenchable.
