• {v.7-10} The earth is called to praise the Lord. The sea-monsters and the deep to which they belong; the changing elements, lightning and hail, snow and vapors, and stormy wind fulfilling His Word; the solid mountains and the hills; the trees and animal creation, are all called to praise.
