Yearning for God and His dwelling place His elect from the four winds (Mt. 24:31) begin a journey that leads them there (vs. 5-8). Verse 5 could be better rendered, “Blessed is the man...whose heart is in the highways to Zion” (JND Translation). Compare also Isa. 11:15-16, 19:23, 35:8-10, 49:9-12.
