New Management

Have you ever walked past a restaurant or store and noticed a sign in the window, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT? This sign is to let people know that the place has changed ownership and improvements can be expected. But have you ever heard of people being under new management? That is something that has been happening since the beginning of Christianity.

The Bible has many examples of people who came under new management. Saul of Tarsus became the Apostle Paul as a result of what took place on the road to Damascus in Acts 9. Later he was used of God to pen the words, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).

When a person gets saved it is not just an overhaul, a patch up job, or a renovation. No, they become a totally new person because of the work of Calvary. “For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
