G race and Faith on the basis of the B lood of Christ is what J ustifies us in the sight of God.
The book of Romans states:
“Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus” (Romans 3:24).
“Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith … Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ” (Romans 3:28; 5:1).
“Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him” (Romans 5:9).
In other words, Grace is the way; Faith is the means; the Blood is the ground.
To be justified is to be brought into a position of a perfect standing before God in Christ. “For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
