Where Are You Going?
“For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul” (Mark 8:36)?
For what are you living? Where are you going? Surely you do not want to meet God with you soul unsaved, and perish. Do you think a holy God will let you into heaven in your sins? Impossible! The Lord said to Nicodemus: “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3).
Have you been born again? Have you received Jesus Christ as your Savior? Jesus said to His disciples, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me” (John 14:6).
God certainly doesn’t want you to die in your sins and be lost forever. The Bible declares: “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2 Peter 3:9).
He endured the cross, gave His life, and shed His blood so that you can go to Heaven. The question is, are you saved? where are you going?
