 Jehoshaphat does not say as before (2 Chron. 19:11): "Be strong and do it," but rather: "We have no might in presence of this great company which cometh against us, neither know we what to do." He reasons like his father Asa in the days when he was faithful (2 Chron. 14:11), but he also knows, as did his father, that no force can withstand the Lord.
