The “perfect man” here does not refer to resurrection, but to our being thoroughly grown up into the knowledge of Christ. (Remarks on Ephesians 4:12-16 by W. Kelly)
Christ has been revealed in all His fullness: it is according to this revelation that the members of the body are to be formed in the likeness of Christ. (Ephesians 4-5 by J.N. Darby)
“Till we all come in the unity of the faith.” Instead of pointing to some specific time, the context shows that it refers to the purpose of ministry—until every one of us may grow up in His love and truth, realizing that we are fellow-members of His body — “members one of another” (vs. 25). See Colossians 1:28; 2:2. (Help on Hard Verses by A.C. Brown)
