• The Levites, you see, were given to Aaron. I have no doubt it is showing us that any true service of the child of God is connected with Christ. Aaron was a type of Christ. The individual Levite was serving God, and that regarding the tabernacle; but he was under the authority of the high priest. So we “serve the Lord Christ.” (“Chapter 3” by J.A. Taylor, of Worthing)
