The universal ubiquity of God, even the Father. (Ephesians 4-5 by J.N. Darby)
With regard to the third character of unity, it relates to claims that extend to all things, although to the believer it is a closer bond, because He who has a right over all things dwells in believers. (Ephesians 4-5 by J.N. Darby)
The bulk of men have gone on with their idols, spite of law and gospel. Are there no claims there? I own one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all. That is, it is a personal God. (Remarks on Ephesians 4:1-6 by W. Kelly)
“And in you all.” There is His near connection with some, and not with all. For it is not said, “in all,” but “in you all.” The Holy Spirit is speaking of the Father's peculiar relationship to the Christian. (Remarks on Ephesians 4:1-6 by W. Kelly)

J. N. Darby Translation

6
one God and Father of all, who is over all, and through all, and in us all.

W. Kelly Translation

+
6
one God and Father of all, that [is] over all, and through all, and in usa all.

WK Translation Notes

a
Or, "you." However, the mass of MSS. favours "us all." And so beyond cavil does the internal requirement. For as the apostle had traced vital or intrinsic unity in verse 4, and external unity in verse 5, he closes with the unity of the God and Father of all, universally supreme and permeating, and withal most intimate for "us all," but this limited to us all (them who believe).
