The latter part of this verse as given in the T. R. seems to be an accommodation from {vi 123461}{/vi} and {vi 125365}{/vi}, with changes. Yet the ancient testimony is ample which supports the words "Verily, I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom or Gomorrha in [the] day of judgment than for that city."
