Jesus Christ is passing by;
 
Child, now lift to Him thine eye,
 
As the precious moments flee,
 
See, His mercy waits for thee.

Lo! He stands and calls to thee,
 
"What wilt thou then have of Me?"
 
Rise and tell Him all thy need,
 
Come, He calleth thee, indeed.

Oh! how sweet the love and peace,
 
Shining in the Savior’s face;
 
Jesus gives from sin release,
 
He can save and give thee peace.

Jesus calls to thee, dear one,
 
"Everything is fully done;
 
Come to Me, receive My love,
 
Come and live with Me above."
