E phesus from her first love fell. Rev. 2:1, 4¹Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; (Revelation 2:1)
⁴Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. (Revelation 2:4).

M izar the hill, remembered well. Psa. 42:6⁶O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar. (Psalm 42:6).

M atthew the publican believed. Matt. 9:9⁹And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him. (Matthew 9:9).

N icodemus now in Christ believes. John 3:1, 21¹There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: (John 3:1)

U notion each babe in Christ receives. L John 2:20²⁰Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? (John 2:20).

E lisha for a hard thing craved. 2 Kings 2:10¹⁰And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so. (2 Kings 2:10).

L ot, losing all, by grace was saved. Gen. 19:17, 22¹⁷And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. (Genesis 19:17)
²²Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar. (Genesis 19:22).
