Answers to Bible Questions for June.

1. We love the children of God when we love God, and keep his commandments. 1 John 5:2²By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. (1 John 5:2).

2. God now commandeth all men everywhere to repent. Acts 17:30³⁰And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: (Acts 17:30).

3. All who do not repent will perish. Luke 13:3³I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:3).

4. Those who are saved confess with the mouth, and believe in the heart. Romans 10:9⁹That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9).

5. Isaiah prophesied that Israel shall be saved with an everlasting salvation. Isaiah 45:17¹⁷But Israel shall be saved in the Lord with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end. (Isaiah 45:17).

6. Those who believe not that the gift of God is eternal life makes Him a liar. 1 John 5:10-12¹⁰He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. ¹¹And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. ¹²He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. (1 John 5:10‑12).

7. In the fifth chapter of the first epistle of John, God says these things are written that ye may know that ye have eternal life.
