“Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read.” Isaiah 34:16¹⁶Seek ye out of the book of the Lord, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them. (Isaiah 34:16).

“Till I come, give attendance to reading... Meditate upon these things; that thy profiting may appear to all... continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” 1 Timothy 4:13,15,16¹³Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. (1 Timothy 4:13)
¹⁵Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all. ¹⁶Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee. (1 Timothy 4:15‑16).

“Study to show thyself approved unto God.” 2 Timothy 2:15¹⁵Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15).
