AN AGED servant of Christ once spoke to a beautiful young lady about her sins and the need of coming to the Saviour. He urged her to come to Christ, the only Saviour from sin.

Miss Elliot became quite angry at the old Christian. However, she could not forget his words. Then one day she did come to the Saviour, and she wrote the beautiful gospel hymn that has been sung around the world:

“Just as I am! without one plea,

But that Thy blood was shed for me,

And that thou bid’st me come to Thee;

Oh Lamb of God, I come!”

“For there is no difference: for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” Rom. 3:22,23²²Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: ²³For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; (Romans 3:22‑23).

“For there is no difference...: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Rom. 10:12,13¹²For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. ¹³For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:12‑13).

Memory Verse: “THOU HAST CAST ALL MY SINS BEHIND THY BACK.” Isa. 38:17¹⁷Behold, for peace I had great bitterness: but thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption: for thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back. (Isaiah 38:17)
