 Christ dwells in us, with tenderest affection, and He is the strength of our heart. It is as rooted and grounded in love; and thus embracing as the first circle of our affections and thoughts, those who are so to Christ—all the saints the objects of His love: it is as being filled with Him, and ourselves as the center of all His affections, and thinking His thoughts, that we throw ourselves into the whole extent of God’s glory; for it is the glory of Him whom we love.  It is not only the full extent of glory, but the sole satisfying spring, Christ thus dwelling in our hearts in the consciousness of His love (Ephesians 3 by W. Kelly)
 Thus, the glory that is seen, blessed as it must be, is not the end of everything. There was love before there was glory. (Remarks on Ephesians 3:1-13 by W. Kelly)
 It does not mean that we shall ever know it perfectly, but there may be the knowing more and more of that “which passeth knowledge.” He supposes us launched upon that sea where there is no shore: we can never get to the end of it….You could no more get to the end of the love, than you could get to the end of God Himself.
