In Paul’s ministry we have the completion of the Word of God (Col. 1:25²⁵Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God; (Colossians 1:25)). All the counsels of God which center in His beloved Son have been revealed for our spiritual intelligence. The following five scriptures show distinctly that Paul’s ministry was by special revelation:

1. Gospel of the grace of God: Galatians 1:12¹²For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ. (Galatians 1:12).

2. The rapture: 1 Thessalonians 4:15.

3. The mystery: Ephesians 3:3³How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, (Ephesians 3:3).

4. The supper: 1 Corinthians 11:23.

5. The resurrection from among the dead: 1 Corinthians 15:51⁵¹Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, (1 Corinthians 15:51).

All declare the new and heavenly position and portion of believers on this side of the cross.
