“Flag” From Boyd’s Bible Dictionary:

(fluttering). Embraces many water plants (Ex. 2:3-5³And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river's brink. ⁴And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him. ⁵And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash herself at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river's side; and when she saw the ark among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it. (Exodus 2:3‑5); Isa. 19:6⁶And they shall turn the rivers far away; and the brooks of defence shall be emptied and dried up: the reeds and flags shall wither. (Isaiah 19:6)).

“Meadow” From Boyd’s Bible Dictionary:

(mead). Water-plant, flag (Gen. 41:2²And, behold, there came up out of the river seven well favored kine and fatfleshed; and they fed in a meadow. (Genesis 41:2)). Cave (Judg. 20:33³³And all the men of Israel rose up out of their place, and put themselves in array at Baal-tamar: and the liers in wait of Israel came forth out of their places, even out of the meadows of Gibeah. (Judges 20:33)).
